1. Who we are

Rixoffer is provided by Yiğit Saygın (Türkiye) ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. By using Rixoffer you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Rixoffer consists of a web panel and a Chrome extension. On your Eldorado.gg seller account it sends offers and messages to boosting requests automatically, using the price table and messages you set, and provides chat, order and report screens. The extension accesses Eldorado.gg from your own browser with your own session. Rixoffer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Eldorado.gg.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You may not share, transfer or resell your account or license.

4. Licenses and payment

The service is used with a time-based license (plans and prices are on the pricing page). Payments are one-time and do not renew automatically; the purchased time is added on top of your account's current expiry date. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the license time it added is removed from your account. The Full Pack also enables the AI Seller feature for the stated period.

Orders are placed on the panel's purchase page, which gives you an order code. You can pay with Binance Pay (USDT) directly on that page; your license opens as soon as Binance confirms the payment. Other methods are paid on our Discord server by opening a purchase ticket with that code: cryptocurrency, bank transfer (Türkiye), Payoneer and payment through Eldorado.gg. We do not accept card payments. Prices are in USD; a payment in another currency is converted at the rate agreed in the ticket. Your license opens as soon as we confirm the payment.

5. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Details: refund policy.

6. Referral program

Every account has an invite link. When someone registers with your link and makes their first Monthly or Full Pack purchase, you receive 5 days and the invited account receives 2 days of license time. A reward is given once per invited account and at most 10 rewards per calendar month are given to the inviting account. Weekly plans, invites to your own accounts and invites paid with the same payment details do not earn a reward. If the qualifying purchase is refunded or charged back, the reward days are removed again. Referral rewards have no cash value. We may withhold rewards or close accounts that abuse the program.

7. Acceptable use

• You are responsible for following Eldorado.gg's rules and applicable laws.
• You may not use the service to harm others, for spam, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• You may not try to gain unauthorized access to the panel or other users' data, or to disrupt or overload the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Your responsibilities

You set the prices, messages and settings; offers and messages are sent from your Eldorado.gg account on your behalf. We are not responsible for actions Eldorado.gg takes on your account, for lost sales, or for disputes between you and your buyers.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free; changes on Eldorado.gg may temporarily affect some features. We may improve or change features. If we discontinue the service permanently, we will refund the unused time pro rata.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may close your account if you break these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence are not affected.
