Privacy Policy

This extension works with the seller's own panel account on Eldorado.gg. It is not affiliated with Eldorado.gg. A panel account and a valid license are required.

Data processed

• Boosting requests sent to you (id, current/target rank, server, options, budget, buyer username). These are sent to the panel to calculate your offer price.
• Chat messages of conversations received while the system is running in the panel. They are sent to the panel so you can read and reply to them there.
• Order/request status for requests you made offers on (purchased, cancelled).
• Extension settings (panel API key, saved photo attachments) are stored only in your browser.

Optional 24/7 mode (VDS)

24/7 mode is off by default. If, and only if, you click "Enable 24/7" in the extension, the extension reads your eldorado.gg session cookies once and generates an Eldorado Seller API key for your account, and sends both to your own panel. This lets the panel's server keep sending your offers and messages on your behalf while your computer, browser or tab is closed. These credentials are stored only in your panel account, used only to act as you on Eldorado for this feature, never shared with third parties, and deleted when you turn 24/7 off, remove the link, or the session expires. You can disable it at any time in the extension or in the panel (User settings > 24/7).

Not collected

Your Eldorado password is never sent to the panel. Outside the optional 24/7 mode above, your Eldorado cookies and session tokens are not sent to the panel either — requests to Eldorado are made from your browser with your own session. Browsing on other sites is not read. Data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties.

Panel account data

• Account: username, password (stored only as a one-way hash), license dates, language and theme, your price tables, message templates and settings.
• Security logs: your last login time and IP address, and failed login / registration / license-key attempts (IP address and time) to protect against abuse.
• Invites: if you joined with an invite link, the inviting account is linked to yours so both can receive the referral reward.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies, no advertising or tracking cookies: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, a lang cookie that remembers your language, and a ref cookie (30 days) that remembers an invite link until you register.

Where data goes

The panel (your account only), TalkJS (Eldorado's chat provider, to deliver your messages) and, only if you enable the optional "AI Seller" feature, Anthropic's API to draft replies. When the optional message translation in the panel is used, only the text of the translated messages is sent from the server to Google's Gemini API (or, if it is unavailable, to Google Translate / MyMemory).

If you connect the optional Telegram notifications, notification texts (buyer name, message text, order details) are sent to your own Telegram chat through Telegram's Bot API, and replies you write there are sent back to the panel. You can disconnect at any time in Settings > Notifications or with /stop. Our Discord server is used only for support and announcements; no panel data is sent to Discord.

Payments

License purchases are paid with Binance Pay or in a ticket on our Discord server (cryptocurrency, bank transfer, Payoneer or Eldorado.gg); we do not take card payments. Binance Pay payments are processed by Binance under its own privacy policy; the panel only receives the payment status, amount and your Binance payer ID. The panel stores the order code, plan, amount, payment method, the payer reference you give us (for example a wallet address or account holder name, used to confirm the payment and prevent referral abuse) and refund status, linked to your account. Discord messages are also processed under Discord's privacy policy. Older purchases were processed by Paddle.com.

Retention

• Boosting requests: requests you did not make an offer on are deleted after 30 days; for the others the raw request data is cleared after 30 days and only the summary used in your reports is kept.
• Conversations: up to 200 conversations are kept; older ones are deleted automatically. Conversations of buyers who purchased from you are kept for your order history.
• Logs and caches (translation cache, AI usage log, captured debug requests, notification mappings) are deleted automatically after 2 to 180 days.
• Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK) you can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its processing. We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest). To use these rights, email us or open a support ticket in the panel; we answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your settings, prices, templates, requests and conversations. Uninstalling the extension removes its local settings.
