If you are not happy with a Rixoffer license plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Open a ticket on our Discord server with your order code (RX-…), or
• email [email protected] with your panel username and order code.

How refunds are processed

We send the refund back through the method you paid with (the same wallet, bank account, Payoneer account or Eldorado.gg). Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin and network; network fees may be deducted. The license time added by the refunded payment is removed from your account automatically, together with any referral reward days that the payment earned.

After 14 days

Payments are not refundable after 14 days, except where required by law or where the service became unusable because of us. If we discontinue the service permanently, we refund the unused time pro rata.
